2009 Suzuki GS500F

Upon introduction in 2009, the fully redesigned Suzuki GS500F was received to the very highest press acclaim. They raved about its lightweight performance capabilities, handling and styling. These middleweight machines are just a joy to ride: gentle and smooth power delivery, but with plenty of it; equally gentle handling with scope for knee-down mayhem; good braking and an ease of ownership that makes them the perfect bike for the learner or less experienced and a blast for those with a few more miles in the mirrors.

For 2009, the GS500F boasts a full sport fairing inspired by Suzuki’s world-class sport bikes wrapped around a twin-cylinder engine with twin 34mm Mikuni carburetors offering 46bhp and a tractable 30lbft of torque. The result: a quick, nice handling lightweight, a great all-rounder.

The 2009 Suzuki GS500F on offer here comes to us from a former collector, dealer and all ‘round enthusiast. An avid racer of Husqvarnas he was a stalwart of the southwestern deserts along with his Greeves-mounted father.

The bike is offered in excellent overall condition, having covered only 566 miles from new. In excellent running condition the bike is ready to transport a novice or experienced rider on adventures new.
